Company Policies

If you are not going to be home or at the office, Betty's needs to be provided with a key or a key must be left in a place where our staff can easily access one. If we arrive to clean and there is no key, a lock-out fee of 50% of your service charge will be charged to your next cleaning service. Being returned at the door will be considered "lock-out". If you should cancel your reservation within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who may have taken your scheduled reservation time. Spring Cleanings, move in/out, post construction cleanings,  require 48 hour cancellation notice. For this reason, we are obligated to compensate our team for their time as well as make up for lost revenue. A 50% of your service fee will be charged to you for missed reservations that are rescheduled or canceled with less than 24 - 48 hour notice. If the scheduled cleaning is not re-scheduled (and skipped) Betty's may need to charge a higher rate for the next scheduled visit due to the extra work needed to complete that cleaning service.

For permanent cancellation of the cleaning service, Betty's requests the client notify two (2) weeks in advance.
We require full payment upon completion of our cleaning service and due date on invoices, or a $7.00 finance charge will be assessed to the bill. Outstanding balances must be paid, or payment arrangements must be in place prior to the next cleaning or we willl not be able to perform future cleaning services. Returned checks are charged a $35 fee for reprocessing.

Our staff takes the utmost care in cleaning, however, if one of our staff accidentally breaks an item, a note will be left and we will call you to find out the value of the item. You will be compensated through relacement of the item or reimbursed for the value of the item. In the event that the client finds any damage in the house as a result or our cleaning service, the client must notify Betty's within 24 hours after service. If you have any irreplaceable, collectable, or expensive objects, we ask that these items be secured or put away in order to avoid painful accidents.

We guarantee consistent quality, cleaning services. We employ reliable, hard-working and trustworthy cleaning technicians that are driven by our employee incentives. We normally work in crews consisting of two or three professionally trained cleaners. Every crew includes a team leader that supervises every task and ensures quality workmanship at each job. We strive to exceed your expectations for quality cleaning services. We inspect our work before leaving your house. If, after your inspection, you find our service unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours so we can correct the issue the next day. Refunds are not offered. We will correct any mistakes. Requests received by our office after that will be incorporated into our next house cleaning.

*We reserve the option of yearly increasing our fees accordingly with the market.
